The floor plan was redesigned to make the most out of the available space:
The kitchen & dining space needed a complete conversion, the 2 tiny rooms were merged into a master bedroom, and the bathroom was rearranged.

The 93 m2 apartment is located in a beautiful residental building built in 1900. While there is a lot of potential, the actual listing photos did not communicate that well.
